Meet Eric Nash, CEO of SF Gilmore (dba Cumberland Furniture). With nearly 20 years in contract furniture, Eric joined SF Gilmore as VP of Operations in 2016. Under his leadership, the company built a talented operations team, implemented lean manufacturing principles, and strengthened customer relationships, leading to new sales opportunities. Promoted to COO in 2020, Eric successfully navigated SF Gilmore through pandemic challenges, adding and streamlining products while focusing on process improvements. Now as CEO, Eric is committed to continuous improvement. “We're enhancing our team, refining our strategy, and staying true to our heritage of quality craftsmanship and excellence in American-made products.” Eric's 25-year career includes leadership roles at Haworth, where his expertise in lean manufacturing and talent development shone. His vision for SF Gilmore focuses on impactful products, seamless partner experiences, and a future where quality meets market demands effortlessly.
